About Us
The Shakespeare Haney Premium Income Fund is managed by Shakespeare
Haney Securities Limited (SHSL), who act as the responsible entity
of the Fund in accordance with the provisions of the Corporations
Act.
SHSL and its predecessors have a long history in
the funds management business spanning over 38 years. The company
holds Australian Financial Services Licence No 226348, issued by
the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
The company has also expanded into the Sydney market, setting
up office in Bligh Street in the heart of the CBD. Chairman John Haney
says the move is an acknowledgement that much of the company's recent
growth has come from Sydney investors.
The directors attribute much of the company's stability to the continuity
of personnel, with 5 of the key members of staff having accumulated
more than 100 years of service between them.
The directors also take great pride in the fact that some of their
investors have been investing with them for more than 30 years.
